We have been on our Honeymoon for 4 days and have had so much fun. We drove from Layton to Primm Nevada on Sunday. Where we stayed at the Buffalo Bills Hotel which looks like a huge red Barn.
Monday we headed towards LA and stopped at the Calico Ghost Town where we stopped and explored the old mining town. It was quite interesting seeing some of these old buildings still standing and to think that at one point there were 12oo people living on the uphill community. Thank heavens for modern living, Running water and a flushing toliet oh and lets not forget A/C.
We arrived in Anaheim by noon and decided to head over to Universal Studios. We went on the 3D Shrek ride, took the Universal Studios tour, took pictures with different characters, posed as fred and wilma flintstone and saw the waterworld water show. We thought we were safe sitting in the non-wet section but we were wrong and I got a wave of water right in the face. Oh well.
Tuesday we were up and ready to run and play in Disneyland. We went on almost every ride there. Luckily for us the parks are not as crowded so it was easy to get onto rides quicker. Mad Hatter has been our favorite shop so far and we purchases bride and groom mickey ears. Every where we went we got onlookers and congrats. lots of fun.
Wednesday we went to California adventures, theres not as much there as there is at Disneyland, but that ended up being a good thing because after drinking the local water here this morning (the 1st time since we have been here) we were both feeling a bit sick. So we went home and rested. Ready for more fun come tomorrow.
